Start with a smaller shortlist
A Fulfillbot spreadsheet is useful when it helps you move from a broad list of links to a smaller shortlist. Start with the category, check photos, sizing, price context, and shipping weight, then continue only with rows that still make sense.
One fair comparison at a time
Why start with a category?
A broad sheet mixes products with completely different failure points. Shoes need profile and size checks. Jackets need measurements and material views. Electronics need specification and compatibility details. Comparing all of them in one pass creates false confidence.
Give every row the same test
Choose one item type, open a few plausible rows, and ask the same questions of each. That makes gaps visible: the missing size chart, a photo set that avoids the sole, or a listing whose source does not match its label.
If you start with a brand or model name, identify the product category before comparing rows. Begin with shoes, bags, watches, jackets, hoodies, or accessories, then inspect the external product details yourself.
Three passes through the list

The order matters. Broad discovery comes first; detailed checking earns a row its place later.
Compare similar finds
Keep several plausible rows together. Price becomes more meaningful when the photos and specifications are comparable.
Save only with a reason
Write the reason in a few words: better measurements, clearer photos, more relevant source, or a weight that still makes sense.

A strong row does not need to answer everything. It should answer enough of the important questions—and make the remaining uncertainty obvious.
- The category agrees with the description and source.
- The photo set shows details that matter for this item type.
- Measurements, sizing, or compatibility information is visible when needed.
- Price is judged beside comparable rows, not in isolation.
- Likely shipping weight and bulk still fit the decision.
- Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 clues are relevant rather than decorative.
- You can state one evidence-based reason for saving it.
Search ideas
Search for the missing piece
